Literal Nightmare Scenario: Woman Dressed As Clown Stabs Boyfriend During Sex

by Ethan Barton

A 19-year-old mother was sentenced to 11 years in prison for stabbing her boyfriend while she was dressed as a clown during sex and after telling him men should only be used as a “human sacrifice,” according to a Wednesday report.

Zoe Adams dressed up as a clown, put a pillow over her clown-fearing boyfriend Kieran Bewick’s head, and whispered, “trust me,” before stabbing the then-17-year-old five times with a 10-inch blade, causing his lung to collapse, according to a U.K. court.

One image on Adams’ phone showed a blood-soaked woman with the following caption: “Murder is like a bag of chips: you can’t stop after just one,” The Telegraph reported.

One text Adams sent to Bewick read: “I don’t think about males unless said male is strapped up and being used as a human sacrifice — you should be grateful you are not part of it.”

The stabber admitted to the attack but called it an overreaction and said her text was “a joke.”

Judge James Adkin called her actions “cruel and sadistic,” though Adams said she doesn’t remember the incident, The Telegraph reported.

“You had decided to cause serious harm to Mr. Bewick during sex,” Adkin said. “I am sure that by that time you had already become disinhibited by drink and drugs and the more sadistic side of your personality had come to dominate.”

Bewick has subsequently had difficulty sleeping and struggles “with the knowledge that someone I genuinely cared about would do this to me. Just after I got out of hospital, this thought played on my mind a lot,” he said in a statement.

Adams’ attack wasn’t personal and he just happened to be her victim, he ultimately determined. A barefoot clown was Bewick’s worst nightmare, the victim previously told Adams in a text.

“I have always had a fear of clowns, and Zoe knew this,” Bewick said. “This will now only increase my fear of clowns.”
